James is very professional, goes through his prep routine with you before he starts so you're all on the same page. No embarrasing moments. He has works out may kinks when I mentioned the locations, always seems to reduce pain, nice job !! The lavender is a nice touch and towels the oil off afterwards, you leave feel ing clean and relaxed. Ready for the next massage & I just left today. Lol
