Honestly this was really good for the price! My tattoo has lightened significantly over the 3 sessions I purchased. Note: For those saying they only have the laser removal machine on level 1 that is true, but for my second and third sessions I asked the nurse to change it to level 2 and the third sessions she changed it to 3. All you have to do is ask! I will purchase again!

Staff and RN was professional and made me feel comfortable.

I'm happy with my purchase so far. The receptionist who proved the purchase and arranged the first appointment was a bit unfriendly. I've heard of somewhat infamy of LaserAway so I'd worried until I made my first visit. However, tech and staff at the location (@355 sutter st) was kind and professional. I can't wait to see the progress after 3 sessions. If I'm not wrong, they use Q-switched Nd:YAG
