Monica was great! I was a little nervous for the eyeliner as i have very sensative eyes and tear up very easily. She was very sweet and made me feel at ease and checked in with me during the treatment.

It was a nice facility and Monica was very pleasant, but it felt rushed and my skin didn't feel much cleaner when I left. I expected a deep tissue cleanse and felt like she barely touched the surface, but it was my first microdermabrasion. Maybe my expectations were a little high..

There was no communication as to what she was doing at all, I just laid there wondering what was going to happen next. I didn't receive any feedback or suggestions about my skin. She never explained her services.

She was not good with detail. It was painful because she didn't numb the area enough. After the swelling went down, I noticed that the line was not filled. There were blank areas.
