Location isn't very good especially for people like me since I'm a little far from the area. But it's a very unique place. I was surprised to see the salon in a van. It was too classy!

Just went to eyelash extensions before my wedding and the women who work at the salon are so nice and did a wonderful job on my lashes and eyebrows!

Great tinting/threading experience but the waxes I received were of varying quality and different employees every time.

Susma was very nice and patient. I asked a lot of questions and she answered them all fully

It's quick, well done. I personally have gone to Menlo park location and redwood city. Both were great. I even dragged my husband once haha. I never needed an appt but you can make one.

I absolutely love my eye lashes, Jane was great!! I was seated comfortably and was in a very nice/ quiet setting. I have been getting a lot of compliments since I got them done. There isn't any discomfort what so ever. I am truly satisfied.
