It was difficult to reach someone when I wanted to confirm an appointment that was previously scheduled (but it's good that you mentioned the reason on the vm greeting). Having automated email appointment reminder/confirmation would be helpful for customers. In general, staff at the Regimen are very helpful and friendly. I had a pleasant experience with Angie, she was wonderful.
