Best color & cut I have ever had! Erin is amazing I initially went here cause I needed a trim & wanted a few highlights put in I wasn't very specific yet she understood totally what I wanted I have been looking for a good hairdresser for years! & hands down Erin is the girl I will never go anywhere else again! the owner was friendly & accomidating as well! I give this salon 10 stars & my girl Erin 10 for being the best ever! I am not one to ever post reviews so trust me, the experience and skills Erin showcased are in a league of there own!

I had a nightmare experience here. The owner of the salon is completely unprofessional, uses cheap products, cut my hair with the apron open on the front (covering me in hair clippings), and made me feel like a prisoner during my 2 hour haircut!!

The haircut I received was not straight and the color was overdone. It looks awful!

The owner refused to honor! She argued with me the whole time! A deep condition was her putting oil on my ends and a flat iron, she refused to color my hair stating it was too long, I explained the grouping stated an extra 15.00 for long hair.

Do not insult your customers by telling them that their hair is ugly, mistreated, or dead. I don't know if you think that's going to get people to pay for a keratin treatment, or a dye job, but it's not. It's unprofessional and not how you run a good business. You will never have my business again and I can assure you I'll share my experience on Yelp and any other review site.
