This is a GREAT place to go if you need one-on-one support. The staff are "Cheerleaders" for your weight loss & seem Truly engaged in helping you stay healthy while on your journey to reaching your goal weight. If there is a weight gain, one of the reps will talk with you about it & work with you on adjusting your eating plan or make recommendations. I highly recommend PWLC!
