I was hesitant of working out at a Cross Fit Gym.. However the trainers are amazing and work directly with me scaling to a workout that helps me. Yesterday they worked on my form and making sure every movement was done correctly. Amazing experience so far. Have gone 10 days out of 14 days and I already feel better and excited about the next workout.

Checked in to redeem and was given a tour. No one has booked my PT sessions nor answered questions about classes. The equipment is not the best. Disappointed!

A spinning instructor told me I wasn't apart of the family because I was black. Don't ever join this gym.
