Took my first barre class a few hours ago with Lauren. She was very kind & helpful. She provided encouragement & assistance with moves when needed. Already feeling the burn. Looking forward to more classes.

The workout was harder than I expected, in a good way. This is the kind of strength training I can see myself doing 4 days a week. Looking forward to getting toned and strong!
