awesome workouts for those who are looking for something different than your typical gym routine...a little more 1 on 1 type training...always a coach watching/guiding and making sure you're in the correct posture... hours are awesome and works well with my work schedule...maybe a bit much for someone who hasn't worked out... but not out of reach to achieve..
