Very nice...but be careful that she doesn't snag your eyelid..it leaves a bump for a week!

I went to the one in Coral Ridge mall, not Des Moines. We had to wait 35 minutes for someone to show up. She didn't ask me anything, just got straight to work. I wasn't able to say first if I wanted slim, medium, arched, etc. It wasn't that great.

Compared to other threading places in the area, they seem to rush and end up tearing the hairs rather than pulling them out. This leads to regrowth in only 1 week, rather than 3-4.

Train your people better. It hurts a lot less when they go fast, rather than torturing people by going as slow as possible.

I felt very rushed by the tech and did not get symmetrical results from right to left brow. I am filling in with brow pencil to even them out. They tried to upsale me. Annoying and poor results.
