They are experts in bike repairs and have a thorough knowledge on ALL bikes. I've been dealing with this bike establishment for over 40 years. Need I say more.

I cant say enough about this shop.My sons bike needed some overall tuning < I dropped it off & the tech who signed it in took the time to look over the whole bike ,when I picked it up they explained in detail what was done & why,that in of itself is a breath of fresh air,I have been self employed for 35 years A pride myself on being in the top 5 % of my field ,the type of service I received doesn't exist anymore ,did I mention that the bike wasn't even purchased there,no need to tell you my next one will be at Bloomfield Bike hands down.

Went to the Bicycle Cellar in Simsbury. They could not have been more helpful and pleasant. Will be back in the Spring.
