Coming there for a HIIT-style workout being pretty out of shape was a BIG challenge.
Fortunately, all the instructors I took classes from brought BIG energy, enthusiasm and encouragement.
It's hard! But it helps a lot to have a ton of support, whatever your level -- and this program delivers that. Very friendly staff and fellow students are a great bunch too.
