They did such a great job and were easy to get in touch with! Well worth it.

The company did not come or call me on the date set up for our original appointment. It was an inconvenience to me, but I set up another date. They were on time, I was not, I was about 5mins late for our appointment but called them making them aware of my arrival time. I paid them an additional $40.00 to add a deodorizer and brightener to their solution, I'd believed was part of their steaming process, I was told it was not. Read the fine print well more than once. The carpet was cleaned and I passed their no. on to someone else. I hope they have a good experience with them for the will determine weather I use them again.

Merchant was responsive and helpful. They notified me that couch needed a deep clean so I ended up paying more - totally unplanned but I did consent to additional cleaning.

They were ok. But, I told the guy when reserving that I had area rugs - and he said fine. But, when he got here - he wanted $50 more dollars to do the job. And, he said he didn't know it was for rugs, not carpeting.
