Randy and Rob were friendly and experienced and didn't leave any mess. Very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend Chimney Magic. Alan and Jenise at customer service are very helpful too.

Love their customer communication! Was super easy to schedule the appt, called the day before to confirm the appt abd showed up at the time they said they would be there. Were extremely nice, polite and did a great job! Even got a follow-up call about the service. *received text message the day of the appt as well.

Super easy to make appointment. Crew performed the chimney cleaning service today, very clean and professional. Explained a few things they saw that I need to keep an eye on for future service and explained the work they performed. Good experience. Will use them again next year for sure.
