I went to the Elgin location. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Call for your appointment weeks before you actually want to go if you have a pretty tight schedule.

Takes a while to get an appointment and the answering company and machine name an allergy clinic instead of Laser Med Spa. Tech is very nice.
