I got to my appointment 5 mins late and the customer service rep was wonderful however she kept over booking herself so I got stuck in between two other appointments. It took just about 2 hours to get my nails done. When I left my one nail chipped. And two days later 2 nails broke off. I’ve NEVER had acrylics break so fast. She must have not have done them right trying to keep up.

I'm not sure how this place stays in business. I was the first appointment of the day (at 11am) the station I was seated at had trimmed nails and pealed off nail polish. The place was filthy! The lady never cleaned it just placed a towel over it. She nicked my cuticles 7 times and the largest nick bled for three hours.
