I love this gym. The class sizes are small- typically no more than 10 participants per class. Deidre, Renee and Kelly are great trainers. I have arthritic knees and have been told by a doctor that squats and lunges are off limits. These ladies always give me optional moves that will not adversely affect my knees. They also make sure that you do the exercises correctly, and will answer any questions you have.

S4L has a variety of classes. Each class differs from the prior which is great! Diedre offers health related seminars and contests throughout the year. If you want a small gym, with energetic trainers, and a variety of exercise options, this gym would be a good fit.
