Was very pleased with the technician. Because my living room sofa is raised on legs and you would be able to see whether or not the carpet was cleaned underneath, I asked if he could move the sofa out and clean. His initial response was no that insurance wouldn’t cover him doing this but then determined it was light enough so, thankfully, he moved it to clean.

Extremely professional from setting up the appointment to communicating prior to appointment to completing the job. Vince and his team are great - they were in and out and did a beautiful job on our carpets.
