No high pressure sales to purchase other service or repairs. Just make sure you read the fine print for extra fees but still an outstanding bargain. Easy to get an appointment.

Of course the car center will look at other parts of your car to determine if they also need more than an oil change. I don't have an issue with this as that's why they're offering such a cheap oil change. Be prepared to pay about $5 for your free oil change, this is for taxes and disposal fee. Just don't jump if they say you need something right away. I've found this to be a little misleading and things can wait or you can shop around on the things they are suggesting. Example, they said my transmission fluid need changing which I totally agreed, it did. I got it changed for 1/3 of their quote at a different place. I'm sure that's not always the case. Overall, good experience.
