I look forward to goung to Curves. I like the new Jillian workouts and the owners make you feel welcome (greet everyone by name). Its an atmosphere like no other health club I have belonged.

This is not a normal kind of gym. You are required to go through a circuit, spending only 30 seconds on each machine, and 30 seconds between each machine trying to make up ways to keep your heart rate up. Seems more like gimmickry than an actual method of weight loss or maintenance.
