Smaller studio that is not overwhelming. Instructor was very personable, and class was work!

I think it was better than other strength training class I tried! I liked the variety of things we did
and there were many people in my age group there! An old high school friend even recognized me! Cool!

I've been going to the yoga classes on Wednesday nights with Jess - and it's been wonderful. She's incredibly professional and supportive - it's been a very positive experience.
