I went about a month ago at the insistence of my doctor that I go see a massage therapist for a muscle spasm that I had been dealing with for months and was affecting my personal and professional life. Fortunately for me, I came across Got A Pain Massage during my search! Teri understands pain and gave me a breakdown of the reason I was feeling this pinching and pulling radiating in certain areas of my body and how those tissues connected. Then she described to me how she would be dealing with the muscle, which I appreciated as it gave me some scope as to why my body has been the way it is. A week later and I was almost completely healed! Today I am fully capable of moving my head in any direction! (Which would have been impossible before). I will definitely be returning again! She really knows how to guide you into achieving your ultimate relaxed state.

She absolutely understood pain. Best massage I have ever had for my pain. It was gone when I walked out but need to go back for some more help. Excellent!
