Everything on this menu is cooked to perfection. Each item placed on the plate has a purpose. I would go back again and again. The staff treat you like royalty and the food you receive makes you believe you are royalty. The views are spectacular even on a rainy day, however, I recommend going on a day with clear skies so you can see NYC.

Great casual atmosphere with top notch wait staff. Every item on the new spring menu was better than the next. We will definitely make it a point to frequent this restaurant.

The views are stunning and the food is quite good. The service is surprisingly casual and a bit haphazard -- you expect more attentive, thoughtful service from a place located on the top of a Ritz-Carlton. The music was throbbing and intrusive, but that is sadly the way things are these days.

The portions are much bigger than we expected. I would have been happy with 2 tapas and a salad + their delicious Sangria (much better than ever expected).
