This gym has such an amazing environment, so much positive energy, not only from the coaches but from everybody who attends this gym it's almost like a tight family here. I've now lost over 14lbs of fat since joining in July of 2021 and learned so much in self-defensive with the art of Muay Thai. It was one of the best decisions I've made this year by far, I highly recommend joining even if it's for the month I promise you won't regret it.
