When I was first driving to the salon, I was a little worried about the location. But, despite this, Mezmerize is a very well kept and pretty salon, so most of my fears were alleviated. Felicia is very good at what she does. It was my first time getting a wax, and she was very informative and helped calm me down. The process also wasn't very painful, and she was very adept at it. She was also very very kind and fun to talk to. I would definitely go back!

Felicia made an uncomfortable experience much more comfortable than I thought possible. Very professional.
