The store has outdated low quality merchandise that is very over-priced. Staff is very casual in their business approach the asthetics need a lot of work. The atmosphere is much like a small town furniture store where everbody in town knows everyone so there's no need urgency to sell.

The store has highly over priced outdated furniture. The staff does not follow through with checking on availability of furniture not in the showroom or things that were on the showroom floor that didn't have a price. I was told on two different pieces that the sales person would call me back with the details. She never did.
