Alisa Rose, the founder of Art Fitness, got into fitness to help people. Today, she and her staff of fellow certified personal trainers continue to help people get in shape with their personalized brand of fitness programs. They place a focus on personalized service, customizing their fitness regimes to meet the specific goals of each individual client. Their services include semi-private personal training—with no more than 6 students per class—and Skype personal-training sessions that exercisers can do at home or in the locker room of their other gym.
