Be Fit Boxing is a program for fitness enthusiasts that like to be challenged and continually growing in their fitness endeavors.
Boxing as a sport, has long been known to be one of the best for muscle endurance training. Our programs are based on "old school" proven boxing training mixed with the newest methods of training in the industry. Our belief is training should be challenging, fun & continually changing to surprise & confuse your muscles & endurance.
Be prepared to BRING IT!, Classes include Turbokick (cardio kickboxing
with 15 minutes weight training), Turbosculpt (weight lifting, piyo, partner drills, cardio bursts), Extreme Bootcamp (high energy & intensity plyometrics, weight lifting, agility training), Boxing (using boxing gloves & striking equipment), Insanity (work flat out in 3-5 minute blocks and take breaths only long enough to gulp some air and get right back to work).

Tayah Skamser, owner and Certified Pilates Instructor, has more than ten years experience teaching pilates instructors and clients in Pennsylvania and Delaware. Tribal Belly Dance is an organic and earthy movement style for women of all ages and body types.
It blends traditional Middle Eastern dance with influences from around the world. In our classes, we build a community of women who share a common movement vocabulary. We learn to lead and follow each other. We tune in to each other. We exercise, we relieve our stress, we dress up in beautiful costumes, we support and encourage each other. Shannon has taught mindfulness meditation for several years to children and adults with issues ranging from anxiety, PTSD, to chronic pain, and many more. She has completed Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction at the University of Massachusetts Center for Mindfulness with Florence Meleo-Meyer; Completed Practicum training at the Jefferson Hospital's Mindfulness Institute with Dr. Diane Reibel and continues with supervision training.

About the instructor
Jodi Hutchinson is approaching her third decade in the art of healing. She earned her graduate degree in Physician Assistant with honors. As a physician assistant she spent 18 years working on the cardiac surgery team in Wilmington, Delaware. World travels began professionally in 1990, when Jodi accompanied the heart team to China. This exposure to the Eastern way served as a catalyst for Jodi to further her studies and practices of Eastern Philosophy and the ancient healing arts. In 2001, she made the decision to leave her career to walk across the stages of the world studying with teachers having indescribable healing abilities. Currently, Jodi assists clients in their Refined HealingTM process, gives lectures and holds workshops.
