At Inner Light Yoga, Vinyasa yoga classes help students interweave their breath with the movements of the body. The studio's director completed her teacher training with the Himalayan Institute. She loves to share the practice of yoga with her students, and works to create a relaxed, welcoming environment that's free of judgement.

Go here! Rita is wonderful and so kind. She really goes above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome in her classes. I am just getting back in to yoga and she met with me before class to review sun salutations and answer any questions — she offered to do this btw, I didn’t even have to ask. The studio is clean and peaceful. Totally worth it. Go here. I’m hooked.
