Wonderful mani/pedi from Tricia!
Disappointing visit. Pedicure was good although the little niceties offered the client next to me weren't offered to me (neck pillow, help getting down from the platform). Once tech was given her tip she disappeared in a flash leaving me to find way out & not inviting me to relax nearby while my nails dried. This would have been an especially good idea since you don't have a drying station!
Because of the natural lighting in the Salon, it was obvious that the manicure table needed to be dusted/wiped down. I would think this would be done after every client...

Even though I love my new haircut, it is unfortunate that I can not afford to pay the regular price of $60.00 for my short hair. My stylist Lisa was fantastic!!
Pleasant and professional experience from scheduling to receiving services. My only regret is that I didn't become a client of this salon sooner.
I was in for my hair color & cut. I was welcomed well & was immediately taken to start my service. Hair stylist & assistant introduced themselves. My color was not processed well. So had to be redone. Also, my stylist had been contacted several times and I was placed in had of different aids throughout the process. I felt like I was not cared for.
I enjoyed my first visit. The atmosphere was very pleasant.
