Great intro class to intriduce you to all the moves in a non-intimidating way Instructors were very knowledgeable and welcoming The gym isn't very aesthetically pleasing, but other than that, it's great Would recommend!

Best box and trainers ever! I had never done crossfit before but they made it so simple and fun! I moved to Washington but if I hadn't you'd still catch me in there almost every day (:
