Extremely difficult to schedule service; even when appointments were made, Royale changed or cancelled them. The work when finally completed was satisfactory. I would not use this company again.

Appointments were either cancelled or "no shows."
I had to do a LOT of follow-up calls to find out about rescheduling.
It took a longer time to get the work completed than normal.

They failed to show up on the scheduled day and once they did come, they completely missed sections of my siding. Was not pleased with the result.

I would have liked to have the screens removed from the windows. All the dirt rolled off the house and is now stuck between the screens and the windows; I was not aware that my water would be used for the service.

Disappointed in their work......after their completed work, there was still mold and mildew on the deck....
