I fell in love with this class after the first one. I was nervous starting and Sybil answered my questions and has such a warm presence. She is very attentive to everyone in class and ensures safety for everyone at all leels. So glad I found this class!

Lauren was subbing and she kicked my behind and it was great. Definitely feeling it the next day but in the best way. Would love to take her class again.
