I don't do yoga much but these classes were pretty great. They helped me lose weight and they were very challenging as well as relaxing.

Some classes are tough but not impossible for beginners. The room is hot for the heated classes-about 100 degrees! Quiet space, peaceful and super clean. Teachers are so kind and knowledgeable. Awesome studio!

The instructors were great. I was recently injured but didn't say anything prior to class. (I thought I could get through it) They picked up on it right away And we're very helpful and supportive.

The kids yoga class has been fantastic- my daughter loved the program and the instructor could not have been more knowledgeable, kind and wonderful with the children.

Have only visited the Westboro site so far... spacious, kind staff, mildly hot yoga pretty hot, but overall would recommend!
