I love the yoga class! I also like the fact that I can try different workouts with the same punch card - I had never done spinning before and found it to be fun and challenging.

The instructors are friendly and wonderful. It is a great place and the classes are excellent. I always feel like I have gotten a great workout and always leave with a smile on my face. The variety of class types and times makes it a good fit for almost anyone.
