I went for my first appointment of cryotherapy and loved it! I was a bit nervous, but the ladies working here are super nice, informative and helpful. I decided to try this after I injured my knees a month ago and they still have swelling and pain. I have to say, they felt quite good for the rest of the day after a treatment. I am excited to see the results after 7 sessions.
