I’ve only attend two classes thus far and this is not Pilates in the Classical sense. (Joseph Pilates reform method). This is like a boot camp form of Pilates :). I was sweating and sore the next day. A different way to strengthen muscles from core with isometric movements. Both instructors where energetic but I found Jami to really get me motivated. All in all it was fun and challenging.
