The facility is also home to of our spacious and wide-ranging store, classrooms, meeting & event rooms "Independence Hall", virtual reality studio "The Matrix", historic gun display "2nd Amendment Museum", refreshment lounge "Liberty Tavern", and more. 2 If By Sea Tactical, established in 2019 by Austin Reville and Dale Creed Francis, is a retail Federal Firearms Licensed Dealer (FFL) located in New Prague, MN. Driven by a lifelong passion for firearms and a commitment to the 2nd Amendment, we cater to recreational hunters, law enforcement, and self-defense advocates, offering everything from firearms sales and rentals to safety courses, permit to carry classes, and various workshops.
