For the last 18 years Chicago's top rated sailing school, 3rd Coast Cruising, has trained 1000's of sailors & skippers who are now living their sailing dreams. With instruction from USCG–licensed and certified captains, patrons receive hands-on training where you learn by doing and not by sitting in a classroom. They cater to any level of experience from novice to a salty sailor. Many graduates have gone on to qualify for an SLC, internationally recognized sailing license so they can legally sail ANYWHERE in the world. In addition to lessons, the company offers private charters for up to 30 people. Friends and family can customize a sailing adventure with private lessons or cruises. Companies enjoy team-building exercises by booking a "Teambuilding Regatta". They are also planning a Sailing Trip Island Hopping in the Sea of Cortez Oct. 1st.
