I took my car here for an internal detailing job. They massed up scheduling (mixed up the days, so I had to leave my car there for an extra day). But the key issue was that they damaged the leather steering wheel of my 2016 Mazda 6. The top part of the wheel showed serious peeling when I picked up the car, which was not there when I dropped it off.
Now these things happen. But what made me pick one star (would have picked zero if that was an option) is that they assumed zero responsibility for their mistake. They were trying hind behind a Mazda service bulletin. The fact of the matter is that they returned my car in worse condition then when I dropped it off. Nobody would detail their own car and cause this kind of damage.

The interior came out pretty good with a few missed spots. The cream wax didn't look to be applied. And the up sell for an SUV nearly doubled the initial price. Check before purchasing what additiobal fees could be.
