Very prompt. I had a 2PM appointment that was honored and the process took only 15 minutes. In addition to the $25 Groupon I was charged $15 for an older car plus $8.25 certificate fee, but I knew this in advance. The total cost of $48.25 still appears to be less than the full retail price.
