    Building upon The Complete Experience, this package offers enhanced luxury and comfort. It includes all items from the Complete Experience, plus extra tables (1-2 small personal tables) for gifts or additional food space. Guests will enjoy extra cushions with more blankets and additional pillows for superior comfort, along with extra rugs including a water-resistant tarp and additional floor blankets. The setup is further elevated with extra floor decor, such as florals and vases, creating a truly luxurious ambiance.

    Picnic packages do not include food or beverages.

    Guests are welcome to bring their own food and drinks; however, they are responsible for removing all food items, beverages, and trash before the scheduled pickup time. All trash bags should be collected and placed together for disposal. A trash can and wet wipes are provided to assist with cleanup.

    Alcohol is not permitted at public locations. Any violation of this policy may result in a fine of $100 or more per person.

    Boiled seafood is strictly prohibited at all picnic setups.

Merchant contact information will be available for you after purchase in your voucher Inclement weather may include, but is not limited to, a 20% or greater chance of rain on the day of the event, moderate to heavy rainfall, high winds with gusts exceeding 21 MPH, lightning, hail, snow, flooding, tornado watches, severe thunderstorm watches, or citywide power outages caused by weather conditions. Guests are strongly encouraged to arrive at least 15 minutes before their scheduled reservation time. If a party arrives more than 35 minutes late, the event may be canceled at the discretion of the provider. In such cases, the reservation may not be eligible for rescheduling, and all payments made may be forfeited. Guests are advised to plan accordingly and allow extra travel time for traffic or unforeseen delays.Same-day cancellations are not permitted. Clients may reschedule their reservation up to 48 hours prior to the event, provided the outstanding balance has been paid in full. In the event of a reschedule, the client must select and complete a new reservation date within 60 days of the original event date. All payments are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the provider. Normal wear and tear are expected; however, excessive or abnormal damage may result in additional charges. All setups are inspected and cleaned after each event. If evidence of damage is discovered following the reservation, a fee of up to $100 or more may be charged. This includes damage to the interior, exterior, decorations, or any missing items such as pillows, speakers, coolers, wine openers, or other provided amenities. Guests are required to arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled reservation time. Late arrivals will not receive an extension of their rental period. Clients wishing to add additional time to an existing reservation must contact the provider by phone or email (text messages are not accepted) to inquire about availability.
