I'd give 10 stars if that was an option. I purchased the a/c recharge coupon which beat all my local prices. I made an appointment for Sat but had some time today so went in when they opened. The desk person was beyond professional and respectful. They took in my car in minutes and I was done an hour later. The charges were exactly as expected with no surprises and the work was done perfectly. (I had a bad experience at my local Firestone the previous day). The waiting lounge was very comfortable. It was good sized, modern, had wi-fi, and even lollipops. They're other service prices are also reasonable, e.g. $20 inspections. I cannot say enough good things about this shop. You can't afford to not try them out. All the positive review are accurate.

after they redeemed by groupon they told me they didn't have the part to do my a/c and I could not get a refund but I could "come back later for another service".

Awesome experience! They were able to get me right in, and had me completed when they said they would. Great customer service! They needed another part to complete my repair, and they were able to get it next door from Auto Parts place. Comfortable & clean waiting room and bathroom. Free coffee, water, and wi-fi. I was very happy with my experience. They have earned a new customer!
