It’s a standard cleaning: it typically includes dusting surfaces, vacuuming and mopping floor, cleaning bathrooms (toilets, sinks, mirrors, and showers), wiping down kitchen surfaces (countertops, stove, and sinks), taking out the trash.

• Exclude move-in/move-out cleaning, furniture moving, and interior refrigerator/oven/freezer cleaning. 

• Additional Options available: Cleaning Inside Cabinets, Fridge, Oven and Windows.

• Number of cleaners who will arrive: the same described in the chosen option.

• Client is responsible for providing parking (a parking fee is extra if client doesn't have a parking space or there is only paid parking available). 

• If the contracted cleaning work is completed before the scheduled time, the cleaners will not be required to stay until the end of the contracted hours, as the work has been completed.

• Upgrade to deep-cleaning for an $150.
