I love taking the classes here. The instructors really enjoy teaching and they all know how to help modify poses or adjust you. I really like the ambiance too. It’s very welcoming and warm, everyone I’ve met is very nice, and you get to workout with people who are genuine and not intimidating. I have taken a few different classes and have enjoyed them all!
