Once you book your appointment, you will sign a release of information for your primary care provider. Thereafter an AIM Behavioral Health Services provider will review the records to confirm you meet the Maryland Medical Cannabis Commission qualifying conditions.

How do I obtain a medical marijuana card?
You must register at https://mmcc.maryland.gov/Pages/patients_regisadult.aspx prior to your appointment with a provider at AIM Behavioral Health Services. After the appointment you should pay the $50 fee required by Maryland Medical Cannabis Commission.
