What We Offer
- One Month of Fitness Classes
This is a semi-private 1-hour training session. One trainer and 3-5 trainees on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays 9 a.m. - 10 a.m. We will be working on strength and conditioning. We will be doing one HIIT/Circuit day an upper body day and a lower body day. (Core work is included in the days)
