A new restaurant concept—Allegory Restaurant—will soon bring flavors from Celebrity Chef Carlos Brown to North Texas. Allegory, President Ronnie Harris said Brown will develop the menu, which will feature American cuisine.

Brown, founder and CEO of C3 Culinary Group, is the owner of Shrimp & Grits Cafe in Charleston, South Carolina. Brown is also the creator of the Chef Carlos Brown Sauces & Vinaigrettes, and his culinary specialties have been enjoyed by such personalities as President Obama, Oprah Winfrey, Tyler Perry, and many more.

Harris told What Now Dallas that Allegory Restaurant will offer breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Plans are to have a full bar serving signature coffee drinks shifting to cocktails, beer, and a broad selection of wines in the evening.

Harris said Allegory Restaurant will have a lounge-like, comfortable atmosphere. ''We’re going to offer late-night, live entertainment,'' Harris explained. Guests could enjoy entertainment ranging from a deejay’s tunes to songs from a solo artist.
