Process of booking appointment took a week between my initial call, and having to call back again. The day of service, I appreciated the crew showing up within the two hour service window, wore shoe covers and kept things tidy. The inspection was thorough and I felt they were honest in noting issues. I was promised an email quote for a repair, but then never heard back. No response to a follow up email inquiry either. Days later I noticed they’d torn off the original installation date sticker on my furnace and replaced it with one of their own- showing the most recent service date. They could have easily put it next to the original ?? That had previously been my only record of the furnace install date, so I wasn’t happy about that. Ask a customer before doing something like that. Don’t presume. Upon calling the office to inquire, the receptionist said she’d put me in touch with the technician who did the work and I was put on a lengthy hold. Receptionist returns (without having connected me to the tech/owner) to say he had taken a photo of the original and could email it to me. ?? At this time I noted not having heard back about a repair estimate either. No response to that either. Just zero f’s all around was the vibe I caught. Cancelled that estimate as a result. A little courtesy goes a long way. Always.
